- All vehicle booking is to be done online.
- Your Vehicle will be registered for a place at the Rally upon the issue of a ticket by the Ticket Management System.
- All vehicles are to be roadworthy and insured.
- The field will be open for registration from 07:00 until 09:30 and all vehicles must be in place by 10:00
- NO VEHICLE MOVEMENTS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE FIELD BETWEEN 10:00 AND 16:00 except in an emergency AND accompanied by an official Marshal.
- There is a 5mph speed limit on the field. All drivers must follow instructions from Marshals and once shown to a position the vehicle must not be moved.
- No BBQs are allowed within the show ground.
- ALL vehicles must be booked by Midnight Sunday 23rd August
- Row allocation for car clubs will be based on the cars as booked by Midnight Sunday 23rd August.
- The data entered onto the booking form will be retained for a minimum of 6 months to address any post rally issues and to advise you of the 2027 rally.
- No bank details are held on the booking system.
- In the event of cancellation, postponement, or early closure due to circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather or other force majeure events, tickets are non-refundable. We will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the event or provide an alternative date.
- We’re sorry if the event becomes fully booked and we’re unable to accept any more vehicles or sell additional tickets. Capacity limits help us keep the event safe, enjoyable, and running smoothly for everyone.
