🚗 Gosport Rotary Vehicle Rally & Family Fun Day – Vehicle Registration Now Open! 🚗

• All vehicle booking is to be done online.
• No refunds should the event have to be cancelled due to issues out of our control
• Your Vehicle will be registered for a place at the Rally upon the issue of a ticket by the Ticket Management System.
• All vehicles are to be roadworthy and insured.
• The field will be open for registration from 07:00 until 09:30 and all vehicles must be in place by 10:00
• NO VEHICLE MOVEMENTS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE FIELD BETWEEN 10:00 AND 16:00 except in an emergency AND accompanied by an official Marshal.
• There is a 5mph speed limit on the field. All drivers must follow instructions from Marshals and once shown to a position the vehicle must not be moved.
• No BBQs are allowed within the show ground.
• Only vehicles booked by Midnight Sunday 23rd August will be judged.
• Row allocation for car clubs will be based on the cars as booked by Midnight Sunday 23rd August.
• The data entered onto the booking form will be retained for a minimum of 6 months to address any post rally issues and to advise you of the 2026 rally.
• No bank details are held on the booking system.
• To continue with the booking, you must agree to accept the Terms & Conditions.

🚙 Vehicle Classes

Vehicles are split into four classes:

• Cars pre-1976

• Cars post-1976

• Large vehicles

• Bikes & Trikes

Entry fees:

• Cars & large vehicles: £5 per vehicle

• Three-wheelers & motorbikes: £3 per vehicle

🏆 Awards & Plaques

Our judges will award commendation plaques across all classes, including:

• Cars (pre & post 1976): Best car, best luxury, best sports, best saloon

• Bikes & Trikes: Best M/C, best superbike, best trike

• Large vehicles: Best large vehicle, most novel, best military/blue-light vehicle

• Please note: each vehicle must be entered individually
